APMG International Project Planning & Control™ supports the publication of the APM's guide, ‘Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.’ The book is the APM’s first comprehensive set of guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.

Examinations
- Foundation exam - multiple choice, closed book, 40 min, 50 questions, 50% pass
- Practitioner exam - complex Multiple Choice, open book (PPC guide only), 3 hour, 8 question paper with 10 marks available per question, 40 marks out of 80 available or 50% pass
Project Planning & Control™ Foundation Level - 3 day - The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding to be an informed member of a project support office or planning and control team. The Foundation level is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.

- The approaches and techniques used to plan and close a project
- The selection and use of appropriate scheduling techniques
- The practices used for rigorous monitoring to enable proactive control of the project

Project Planning & Control™ Practitioner Level - 2 day - The practitioner level will give you skills to thrive in a project support team environment.
