Open IT, Beyond Agile, Rob England, consultant at Teal Unicorn

Rob often works in the IT domain, promoting DevOps and exposing the flaws and benefits of Service Management. In this presentation, he comes full circle by applying the Open thinking that they have such success within the business to Information Technology to show "how to do IT in the 21st Century". At Teal Unicorn, Rob is a management expert working alongside Dr Cherry Vu. They consult, coach, and train in the Asia-Pac region on advancing management in the enterprise.

IRD Digital Transformation, Patrick O'Doherty, Digital Transformation, Strategy & Architecture

The New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) embarked on a transformation program aimed at modernizing its outdated technology, simplifying tax processes, and improving customer experience. The program involved implementing new IT systems, adopting agile methodologies, and upskilling staff to deliver more personalized services. The transformation has resulted in significant improvements in tax compliance, service delivery, and cost savings, while also receiving positive feedback from customers and staff.

These breakfast networking events are free for those joining virtually and a small fee for those attending in person at the venue. For each attendee, CC Learning donates to a charity and provides breakfast. We are always looking for speakers who have an exciting project to present and for new locations around New Zealand to encourage sharing of project lessons learned.
