  • Setting clear objectives - what you want to achieve from the investment
  • Considering a wide range of potential solutions - ensuring an optimal balance of benefits, cost and risk
  • Putting the arrangements in place to successfully deliver the proposal.
On successful completion of this course you will achieve BBC foundation level - a certification that is globally recognised and increasingly in demand.

Please note that from 2017 a new "official course combined manual" is required and not included in the Practitioner course however you are welcome to purchase as an extra.  Following a revision late 2016, the new syllabus is based on 2 new guides - the Better Business Cases International Guide to Developing the Project Business Case and Better Business Cases International Guide to developing the Programme Business Case. This is required for the exam sitting which is part of this course.

On successful completion of this course you will be an BBC practitioner - a certification that is globally recognised and increasingly in demand.
