AgileSHIFT leverages the value of agile ways of working to the entire organization – be it sales, marketing, legal, HR or finance - and to the delivery of product and services, not just software.
This Enterprise Agility is a strategy based on concepts, behaviours and techniques that seek a mindset ( a way/an approach) and not a methodology. It is about scouting the horizon for opportunities (internal) and threats (external) whilst moving forward to gain or perhaps just stay afloat.

There are no official pre-requisites. We recommend all delegates, regardless of their experience, take advantage of our pre-course study materials.
The trainers for this course must already be either a PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, hold a certification relevant to Agile or Change Management, or be a Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner, as well as meet other experience requirements dictated by PeopleCert.
