This 5 day PeopleCert accredited course covers the processes and principles of the Programme Management (MSP) for Programme Managers or a member of a Programme Support Office. This is an intense interactive course with a mixture of presentations, group practical activities, case studies and practice exams based on our top quality course materials developed with subject matter experts, designed to prepare you for the foundation and practitioner (advanced) exam. This course is based on the new 5th edition. This edition incorporates the move to more agile ways of working and reflects evolving perceptions of programme management. On successful completion of this course you will have your MSP® Foundation certificate and higher Practitioner certificate - certifications that are globally recognised and increasingly in demand.
