Our courses are available as Live and Virtual....
Delegates are most welcome to join any Live classroom course remotely from their own location (Base option) or choose to attend in person at the host venue or a satellite venue (Upgrade option). Our trainer will ideally be in person at our Host venue (or will be beamed in on the big screen if they are unable to travel to present, we will discuss this option with the class first).
Some of our classes are delivered only as Virtual classroom courses. These are usually the more specialised certifications.
ABOUT our Virtual Classroom courses - Our facilitators follow the same syllabus and use the same materials as for any accredited LIVE classroom course. Feedback on this format continues to be positive! These courses use Zoom, an online conference platform which supports chat, group work, and interactive whiteboards. Each topic session has a question and answer session. We set up passwords for access to all sessions for added security and issue these out close to each course.
Using this software, you need to have a computer or phone with a headset to interact with us and a camera is preferable. You need a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. If you would like us to test your set up, we are more than happy to organise a test Zoom session before the course. Each day is broken into 50 minutes blocks with plenty of mini-breaks including a longer break for lunch. We are happy to run follow-up workshops to prepare you for exams as needed. Exams are computer based sittings remotely supervised by an exam institute proctor on an individual basis using a voucher system (for AXELOS certifications) or by our facilitator within class time online (for APMG certifications). Delegate materials are issued in print or electronic format. Note, PeopleCert course guides are in digital format for all courses, with the option to purchase additionally a print version for those who prefer this format.
If you feel unwell -
If you develop symptoms before or during attending one of our courses online or live, or if you need to have a COVID test and wish to self isolate until your result is released, please inform your trainer immediately or our Course administration by either emailing courseadmin@cclearning.cc or phoning 0800 888897 (NZ) or +61 7 33698744 (AU). Options including switching to virtual attendance (if well enough) or deferring to a later class, noting we are usually flexible with our terms in these instances.
Transfers
If you have issues attending our courses virtually, or you are unable to continue due to sickness please advise us within 24 hours of the start of the course and you will be welcome to attend a live/later course instead within 12 months. Standard terms apply for Live attendance.

Live classroom and Live Online virtual classroom learning is available for closed/private training courses; please contact us if you wish to discuss further. Live Online is a great option if staff members are remote and it removes the need for any facilitator or delegate travel. We can also have our facilitator virtually join your live class, i.e. "beam" them into the room via Zoom.
