Scott Spence is an acclaimed PRINCE2® project management trainer and author (who also happens to be our CEO!) with over 10 years project management experience. Scott has an advanced understanding of all facets of the PRINCE2 methodology, from advising on processes and components of PRINCE2, to training staff and stakeholders in the methodology, to implementation.

Oswin Kakumanu is a very experienced PPM trainer and consultant. He is committed to organisational success through enhancing organisational capabilities, competencies and skills of professionals. He has over 20 years of work experience in leading international organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, and Novartis in operations, program, project, IT services and risk management roles across industries such as healthcare, aviation, construction, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, education etc.
His certifications include PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner/trainer, Registered MSP® Practitioner/trainer, Registered MoP® Practitioner/trainer, Registered MoV® Practitioner/trainer, Registered M_o_R® Practitioner/trainer, Registered P3O® Practitioner/trainer, Registered ITIL® Expert/trainer, Registered PRINCE2 Agile™ & RESILIA Practitioner/trainer, is CoBIT5 Certified, and is a Registered Consultant. Oswin is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and is certified to deliver SAFe trainings.

Sarah Ross is a highly experienced trainer, mentor and consultant. She has completed her PhD in Strategy, Programme and Project Management at SKEMA Business School, France. The title of her thesis was "Capability Building in the New Zealand Government Sector from a Project Management Perspective Using Best Practice Models – A Capability Breakdown Structure with a Gateway™ Review Focus.
With many years of experience in the health sector, customer call centre, telecommunications and tertiary education environments Sarah is able to offer a unique perspective on project management. Internationally she is able to provide perspectives and examples in her training drawn not only from her lecturing engagements in France but also from Iran, New Zealand, Belgium, Russia, Australia and Austria.
She does volunteer work for the Project Management Institute (PMI®) in reviewing research grant and conference paper proposals.
Sarah delivers an upbeat conversational style of presenting that engages participants to discuss how their projects or programmes fit with the topic and audience at hand.
David Griffiths’ career has been in management roles delivering change activities for marketing, branding, design and education projects. He has worked in both the public and private sectors and has extensive international experience in Europe, India, Argentina, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, New Zealand and the Middle East.
His background in branding informs his judgement about how to create value by engaging with different stakeholders and identifying what is required before the detail of solution development begins. Understanding the perceptions of value is critical to focusing change initiatives on the issues of greatest potential and productivity.
His corporate career includes operations positions with Securior/now G4S and with Royal Mail in the role of Identity Manager leading the brand identity program. This included multiple concurrent projects within The British Post Office working with the divisions and business units.
Since 2003 his focus has been on training and teaching. Client delivery includes open courses and in-company programmes. His visiting faculty experience includes universities in the UK, India and The Netherlands
David has in-depth knowledge of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management disciplines, as well allied areas such as Risk and Change Management, and Business Case development. As well as AXELOS trainer credentials he is a Member of the Association for Project Management (UK), the Chartered Management Institute (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Designers (UK) and a Chartered Marketer. He holds an MBA (Manchester) and an MSc (IT - City University, UK).
