The Learning Pass offers your staff unlimited access to all our live online professional skills training courses for a whole year. These are courses that your staff need to effectively do their job, improving productivity of daily tasks. The courses are delivered online via internet based conferencing software, participants can connect using their tablet/ipad, phones, computer.
We offer the Professional Skills Learning Pass which covers all the skills you might expect within a corporate or government environment. This is suitable for all employees, including line managers, project managers and general staff. We also offer the Project Management Learning Pass which covers a selection of the professional skills as well as project management related skills like planning and risk management. This is suitable for the accidental project manager and project team as well as certified project managers.
These courses are led by professional trainers and are scheduled regularly. There are minimum and maximum participants expected to attend, just like a normal course. They are delivered during your working day in multiple 45+15 minute sessions, i.e. learning for 45 minutes and then a 15 minute break. Delivered online using conferencing software any materials are supplied via email or links for printing at home or work. Most you can book last minute! If you miss a course just join the next one! No transfer charges, no cancellation charges, no issue.
We run training courses that, due to the online nature, can service customers in multiple locations at once, with no venue costs i.e. in each course there could be participants from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and even (if they don’t mind getting up early!) in Melbourne and Sydney.
