Which course should I register on?
There are two training courses available. Which one is right for you will depend on whether you manage or work in a team on projects on a daily basis or whether you manage or work in a team for a suite of projects on a daily basis.
PRINCE2®
- PRINCE2 Foundation introduces you to the PRINCE2 project management method.
- PRINCE2 Foundation with Practitioner provides you with practical knowledge of how to manage projects using the PRINCE2 method.

Managing Successful Programmes™ - MSP™
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation introduces you to the MSP programme management method.
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation with Practitioner provides you with practical knowledge of how to manage programmes using the MSP method.

What are the course prices?
There are special rates for Queensland Government employees, just let us know that you qualify when you register (and use a Queensland Government email address).
How do I register for a course?
There are three easy steps to registration.

2. Search for the date that suits you
3. Complete and submit the on line registration form and let us do the rest of the work

- We will respond to all your enquiries the same day
- Your place on the course will be confirmed within 24 hours
- Your pre-course and course material is sent on day of payment
- Your course material is sent by courier for extra security
- You will receive a reminder confirmation of your course details 2 days prior to the course starting
- You will receive a post course evaluation form. This is to ensure that our service remains of the highest standard.
