only share your information in the way described in
this statement. We collect information from you at
different points on our website and use information

contact you about news and special offers.
If you would rather that your details were NOT used in

[edit] Registration
When you register on the site we ask for your name,
and email address for both the forum area and the
Premium Content area if you register for it. We use
these details to create an account for you, which can
only be accessed via the username and password that
you select. This information is also used to contact
you about the services on our site about which we
think you will be interested. It is optional for you
to provide demographic information (such as date of
birth, industry, income level, gender and personal
interests), and unique identifiers (such as social
security number).
When you order goods directly from us, we request
information from you on our order form. You must
provide contact information (such as name and shipping
address) and financial information (such as credit
card number, expiry date). This information is used
for billing purposes and to satisfy your orders. If
we have trouble processing your request, we use this
contact information to get in touch with you.
A further feature of the site is the possibility of
participation in on-line discussion groups, message
boards, and information exchange databases. Please
take care when using these facilities since the
information posted on these interactive pages is
available to other visitors. Posted information is
never combined with your registration information.

site by using the enquiry form we will forward your
details to the supplier (or ourselves) who will deal
with your enquiry by contacting you using the details
you have supplied. We deal with reputable companies
and believe they have too hold your privacy in high
regard, if you have any complaints about them please
let us know after you have approached the supplier in
question.
[edit] Cookies
A cookie is a data file containing information about
you which is stored on your computer's hard drive when
you visit certain websites.
The use of cookies on our site means you do not have
to log in a password more than once, thereby saving
you time visiting the site. Cookies also contain
information that enables us to track the pages you
have visited so that we can deliver content, which is
tailored, to your interests.
Some of our business partners use cookies on our site
(for example, advertisers), but we have no access to,
or control over, these cookies.
If you would rather not take advantage of the benefits
which cookies can provide, most browsers allow you to
reject cookies and this will not prevent you from
using the majority of the site.
[edit] Log files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the
site, track your movement, and gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use.
[edit] Sharing
We share aggregated demographic information with our
partners and advertisers. This is anonymised data and
is not linked to any personal information from which
an individual can be identified. We use an outside
shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card
processing company to bill users for goods and
services. These companies do not retain, share, store
or use personally identifiable information for any
secondary purposes.
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be
aware that we are not responsible for the privacy
practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be
cautious when you leave our site and to read the
privacy statements of each and every web site that
collects your personally identifiable information.
This privacy statement applies solely to information
collected by this website.
[edit] Surveys & contests
From time-to-time our site may request information
from you via surveys or contests. Participation in
these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and
you have a choice whether or not to disclose this
information.
Information requested may include contact information
(such as name and shipping address), and demographic
information (such as post code, age and income level).
Contact information will be used to notify the winners
and award prizes. Survey information will be used for
purposes of monitoring or improving the use and
satisfaction of this site.
[edit] Security
We take every precaution to protect your information.
When you submit information via the website, your
information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration or order form asks you to enter
sensitive information (such as credit card number or
social security number), that information is encrypted
and is protected with the best encryption software in
the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as
our payment order form, the lock icon on Web browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
We also protect your information off-line. Access to
all your information, not just the sensitive data
mentioned above, is restricted and the servers we
store personally identifiable information are kept in
a secure environment. Only employees who need the
information to perform a specific job (e.g., our
billing clerk or a customer service representative)
are granted access to personally identifiable
information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our
security and privacy practices.
[edit] Special offers
As a new member we will send you a welcoming email to
verify your password and username. Once registered
you will occasionally receive information on products,
services, special deals, and a newsletter. If you do
not wish to receive these types of communications,
please change your preferences in our forum software
under "Your Control Panel" / "Email settings" and
email courseadmin@cclearning.cc
[edit] Correction/updating personal information:
If your personally identifiable information changes
(such as your post code), or if you no longer desire
our service, please let us know and we will correct,
update or remove your personal data. This can be done
by emailing courseadmin@cclearning.cc.
[edit] Choice/opt-in
In addition to the click boxes on our registration
form, you are sometimes given the opportunity to 'opt-
in' to having your information used for purposes not
directly related to our site at the point where we ask
for the information. For example, our order form has
an 'opt-in' mechanism so users who buy a product from
us and would like to receive further related marketing
material can ask that their email address be added to
our mailing lists.
If you have any queries in relation to this policy or
the privacy of your data, please contact us at
