[edit] What is an ATO?
CC Learning are proud to be an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for PRINCE2®. To become an ATO training organisations must meet the exacting quality standards laid down by the UK Office of Government and Commerce (OGC).
ATOs are assessed on behalf of the OGC by an independent accreditation and certification organisation, the APMG. The APMG ensure that ATOs employ only accredited trainers and that the companies' internal processes match the high quality standards expected of them. Most importantly all course materials including presentation slides, lecturer notes, student workbooks and classroom exercises are assessed by the APMG to ensure they conform to both the syllabus and the OGC's exacting quality standards.
[edit] What is the OGC?
The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is a department of the British Government. Formed in 2001 it provides services previously undertaken by a number of agencies including the influential Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA).
The OGC's remit is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business procedures within government and in the course of its work has developed and continues to refine a number of highly respected methodologies that are applicable to external business. The most influential and widely used of the OGC's methodologies are PRINCE2, ITIL and MSP™ all of which
